When I first laced up the skates for Men's League hockey, I thought I'd do pretty well.
But reality hit hard.
I was struggling to keep up with the faster players, gasping for air after every shift, and my legs felt like lead. I knew I was out of shape, but I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed to fix.
I was already hitting the gym a few times a week, doing all of the usual stuff—squats, bench, chin ups, deadlifts. But on the ice? None of it seemed to help. If anything, my legs felt slower and heavier than ever.
It was frustrating. I didn’t want to spend more time in the gym, but I also didn’t want to keep feeling useless out there.
So I started digging.
I overhauled my training, shifting from generic workouts to hockey-specific exercises—explosive plyometrics, lateral drills that mimicked skating, and even weird ankle and groin exercises.

Speed Stack™ and this Men's League Domination '25 Training Program were created by Boston Bruins' Assistant Performance Coach, Tim Lebbossiere.
Tim is in his fourth season as the Boston Bruins' Assistant Performance Coach following three seasons as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the minor league affiliate, the Providence Bruins.
He graduated in 2016 with a BS in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College and in 2019 with an MS in Human Performance from Lindenwood University.
Before his time with the Bruins organization, Tim also spent time with University of Massachusetts Lowell, Quinnipiac University, College of the Holy Cross, and USA Hockey working with their hockey programs.

For those who want to accelerate their progress, we’ve also included options for up to 4 workouts per week, allowing you to train more if your schedule allows.
Each session takes about 60 minutes, and inside the member’s area, you’ll find a step-by-step video that shows you exactly how to schedule your week around your ice time and other commitments.

What's The Duration Of This Training Program?
Men’s League Domination ‘25 is a 6-phase system that can be used for up to 12 months of training, but you’ll start noticing results in just a few weeks.
Whether you play year-round or take time off, this program is designed to fit your schedule. We’ll show you exactly how to structure your training so you can keep improving—no matter when or how often you hit the ice.
Will I Receive Anything In The Mail?
