Here's my story:
When I was younger, hockey was everything to me. But no matter how much effort I put in, I just couldn't seem to reach the next level.
Year after year, I watched teammates and friends move up while I stayed stuck. After being cut from my local AAA team for the fifth straight year, I hit rock bottom. I started doubting myself, thinking things like, "Maybe hockey just isn't my thing."
Looking back now, though, I’m grateful for that tough moment because it forced me to face reality. I realized hard work alone wasn’t enough if I didn’t have the right plan.
Sure, I was skating extra laps after practice, shooting hundreds of pucks in my driveway, and even doing power skating lessons on weekends. But none of it translated into real improvement on the ice. I was stuck, frustrated, and completely lost.
I knew something had to change:
So I took a step back and completely overhauled my approach.
Instead of generic exercises, I dove into hockey-specific training methods like explosive plyometrics, lateral skating drills, and targeted ankle and groin strengthening. At first, these new exercises felt weird. But soon, everything clicked.
Suddenly, I wasn’t just keeping up, I was skating circles around defenders. I became known as the “speedy kid,” racked up goals and assists, and finally felt confident and in control every time I stepped on the ice.
The game slowed down for me. It was like playing hockey on "easy" mode.

Hockey became incredibly fun again because I wasn't worried about making mistakes. I was just playing fearlessly.

Speed Stack™ and this In-Season Domination '25 Training Program were created by Boston Bruins' Assistant Performance Coach, Tim Lebbossiere.
Tim is in his fourth season as the Boston Bruins' Assistant Performance Coach following three seasons as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the minor league affiliate, the Providence Bruins.
He graduated in 2016 with a BS in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College and in 2019 with an MS in Human Performance from Lindenwood University.
Before his time with the Bruins organization, Tim also spent time with University of Massachusetts Lowell, Quinnipiac University, College of the Holy Cross, and USA Hockey working with their hockey programs.

That means you can train anytime, anywhere—whether you have full access to a gym or just an open space at home. You can even switch between the two seamlessly based on your schedule and what’s available.
What Age Group Is This Program For?
In-Season Domination '25 includes two versions of the program:
Gym version - Recommended for players 14+ who are ready for structured weight training.
Bodyweight Version – A safe and effective option for players of all ages.
For younger athletes, the most important factor is motivation. If your child is interested in training and excited to improve, this program can be a great fit. How Many Days Per Week Will I Need To Train?
In-Season Domination '25 is built for results and flexibility. Players can train 1–3 times per week, depending on their schedule.
Each workout is designed to maximize effort in the most time-efficient way possible, taking just ~40 minutes including warm-up and cool down.

Will I Receive Anything In The Mail?

Can We Get In-Season Domination ‘25 Without the Coaching Support or Skills Training?
Yes. If you’re only looking for the training program itself, we offer Hockey Domination™ Lite. This option gives you year-round access to all of our Domination programs—including In-Season Domination ‘25—without the added coaching support or skills training sessions.
That said, I highly recommend the Pro or Elite tiers for most players. With Lite, you’ll get the workouts, but it doesn’t include the skills training, personalization, accountability, or motivation that make the biggest difference in results.
Lite is still a great option for very budget-conscious families who want access to the same game-changing training system. But if your goal is to help your player improve as much as possible, Pro is the way to go.
