The effort was there, but there wasn't any rhyme or reason behind anything that I did, so I never seemed to make any real progress.

What Age Group Is This Program For?
We include two versions of training when you purchase In-Season Domination '23.
The bodyweight version was designed for hockey players 12+ years old.
The gym version was designed for hockey players 15+ years old.
For young players we recommend asking them if they are interested in training, as we want to ensure they have motivation to get better and that they will enjoy the training. Without the intrinsic motivation to get better, there is a risk of developing a negative relationship with hockey training.
Players under 12 years old (or older players who aren't ready for a training program) should use our fun, follow-along style training videos found at HockeyTraining.tv.
What Equipment Do I Need Access To For The Training?
None! We've created a both a gym version and a complete bodyweight system that your player can follow without needing gym equipment*. This allows your player to upgrade their game no matter how much or how little equipment you have to work with!
Players 15+ can even seamlessly interchange between the two systems.

How Many Hours/Days Per Week Will My Kid Need To Train?
